About KL KTV Guide: we are a small, independent team that maps and reviews adult KTV lounges across Kuala Lumpur and Selangor, so you can pick the right room before you book.
About KL KTV Guide and why we started
Finding a good KTV in KL is harder than it should be. Listings are scattered across Google Maps, Instagram, Facebook groups and old forum threads. Many are out of date, and few say clearly what a lounge costs or who it suits. So we built one place that lists them by area, explains them clearly and stays current. Every lounge we cover is an adult nightlife venue for guests aged 18 and over.
Our goal is simple. When you search for a karaoke room for a birthday, a company dinner or a late night out, you should know the type of venue, the rough price, the opening hours and how to get there before you call.
How we put each review together
Every venue page starts with facts. First, we check the address and opening hours against at least two sources, such as the venue's own Instagram or Facebook page, its website and its Google Maps listing. Next, we look at what the venue itself advertises about rooms, food, promotions and booking. Finally, we read patterns across public customer reviews to describe the sound, service and crowd.
Where a detail cannot be confirmed, we write “Ask venue” instead of guessing. We never invent prices or hours. In addition, each page shows a “Last verified” date, and prices carry a reminder to check with the venue, because promotions and minimum spends change often. When we visit a venue in person, the review will say so clearly.
What our score means
Each venue gets an editorial score from 1 to 5, shown as neon microphones. The score reflects value for money, sound and rooms, service, location and how consistent public feedback is. It is our opinion, not an average of user ratings. For that reason, we do not show star ratings from other platforms as if they were ours.
Independence
Venues are listed by area, never by who pays. No venue can buy a higher score, a featured slot or a removal of fair criticism. Read our editorial policy for the full rules, including how we handle corrections.
