Our review of D'Emperor KTV
Its Chinese name is 帝皇. Google Maps also lists it as 帝旺夜總會, so don't be thrown if you see both. It held a soft launch on 2 March 2025. That makes D'Emperor KTV one of the newer lounges in this part of town.
It sits on the first and second floors of a shophouse at Taman Kok Lian. The venue tags its own posts as Kepong, so we list it with KTV Kepong. In fact, it is closer to the Jalan Ipoh and Segambut side than to central Kepong. Note that we have not visited in person. This review draws on its own Instagram and Facebook posts and on public Google reviews.

Rooms and sound
D'Emperor KTV offers four room tiers: small, medium, large and VIP. So a group of four and a big birthday crowd can both find a fit. Its Instagram reels show a marble entrance stair with gold pillars. They also show a room with blue LED tunnel lights and round screens. The venue does not publish room counts, seat numbers or the sound system, so ask when you book.
Food and drinks
Drinks lead the menu here. The venue promotes beer towers and beer deals with Tiger and Carlsberg, plus set drinks packages. However, we found no food menu online. If you plan to eat, ask what the kitchen serves, or eat before you go.
Service and crowd
D'Emperor KTV holds a 4.5 rating from 19 Google reviews as of October 2026. That is a good score, but it is still a small sample. It also runs a points membership, and members can redeem room sessions with their points. Meanwhile, the Instagram feed is busy, with a new promo most months and a Halloween party on 31 October 2026.
Before you book
A few gaps in the public info are worth closing first. Ask which of the four room sizes is free, how many guests each one seats and whether a minimum spend applies. Next, ask if the current month's promo still runs, because the deals change often. If you join the membership, check how many points a room costs. Finally, confirm the hours on the day, since Google and Instagram give mixed signals. A quick call to the number on its Instagram should settle all of this in a few minutes.
Also bear in mind that the review base is still small. In short, D'Emperor KTV looks well run on paper, but a few more months of reviews will give a clearer picture.
Who it suits
This is an adult nightlife venue for guests aged 18 and over. It suits groups of friends or colleagues who want a newer room and don't mind lounge prices. On the other hand, it is not a place for children. Our guide to what is KTV covers the basics for first-timers.
D'Emperor KTV price & minimum spend
D'Emperor KTV does not publish a rate card. As of October 2026, 11 Google Maps users report spending RM200 or more per person. In June 2026, its Instagram ran a happy hour from 4pm to 9pm with a beer tower at RM208 nett. That was a short promo and may have ended. So ask about room minimums and current deals, and always verify with the venue before you go. For a wider view, see our KTV price KL guide.
Opening hours are not clear. Google shows "open 24 hours", but we don't trust that, because the venue itself only advertises an afternoon happy hour. Call to confirm hours on the day.

- Transit: we have not confirmed a nearest station, so plan a ride for the last leg.
- Parking: space looks tight. One Google reviewer says parking is awkward, so allow extra time.
- E-hailing: since you will likely drink, a Grab or taxi there and back is the simplest choice.
If you want another lounge in the area, compare it with Grand Palace KTV Kepong in Bandar Sri Menjalara. Before your first night out, our KTV etiquette tips are worth a quick read too.
