Our review of Mansion 9 KTV
Mansion 9, or 9號公館 in Chinese, works differently from most KL lounges. Instead of a sofa room with snacks, guests sit at a round banquet table and order Modern Chinese dishes while they sing. Google Maps even lists it as "Restoran Mansion 9", a Cantonese restaurant. So think of it as a dinner venue with a karaoke stage built in.
We have not visited in person. This review draws on the official Instagram and Facebook pages, plus public Google reviews. The Google listing stays busy, with new reviews and owner photos added in October 2026. However, the Instagram account has not posted since February 2025, so older promos there may be out of date.
Rooms and sound
Official photos show private rooms with a round dining table, an LED-framed screen, a sofa and a small stage. The largest rooms take more than 30 guests, according to an official room video. As a result, it works for large celebration dinners and company tables. The venue does not publish details of its sound system, so ask if audio quality matters to you.
Food and drinks
Food is the main draw. Mansion 9 serves Modern Chinese and Cantonese set menus, and the bar stocks whisky and beer. A February 2025 post says the kitchen runs until 11pm, while drinks continue until closing. In other words, book an early slot if you want a full meal.
Service and crowd
The crowd mixes families, friends and corporate groups. Mansion 9 KTV targets birthdays, company dinners and client nights, and it once ran a Euro 2024 football package. That said, several public reviews complain of slow or uneven service. Valet parking also comes up in reviews, although rates are not published.
Who it suits best
It suits birthday groups and company teams who want a proper sit-down meal and karaoke in one booking. In addition, the long daily hours help when you plan a late celebration. On the other hand, it is not a cheap night out. If you are planning a work event, our company dinner KTV KL guide can help you plan the booking and budget.
Mansion 9 KTV price and minimum spend
Mansion 9 does not publish a room minimum spend. Still, its past promos give a useful guide. Verify all figures with the venue, because they are more than a year old.
- Birthday "Set A": RM1,688++ for 10 people (Instagram, February 2025). Birthday packages advertised free room decoration, a cake and three hours of karaoke.
- Chinese New Year 2025 sets: from RM1,988+ for 10 people (Instagram post, 2025).
- Reported spend: 23 Google Maps users say they paid RM200 or more per person (checked October 2026).
For a wider view of lounge pricing, see our KTV price KL guide. Overall, budget for a premium dinner rather than a casual singing session.
How to get to Mansion 9 KTV
The address is 12, Jalan Kampung Pandan, Kelab Golf di Raja Selangor, 55100 Kuala Lumpur. It sits close to the TRX area. Cochrane MRT on the Kajang Line is the nearest station, but Google Maps puts the walk at about 1.5 km, or 22 minutes.
For that reason, e-hailing is the easiest option. A 2026 review also flags traffic conflicts at the entrance, so allow extra time at peak hours. To book, call or WhatsApp 018-285 8899, or call 03-9200 9999. The online booking link in older posts no longer works.
Exploring the area? See our KTV Kampung Pandan page. Alternatively, compare D Babylon Club in nearby Pudu, a bar-plus-KTV venue with a DJ and live band.
